Great question! To begin with, hiring a full-time senior editor can cost over $93,000 annually, plus benefits—and finding one available can be quite challenging. Additionally, you might not always have enough work to keep them occupied, leading to paying for idle time.

Are there any limits on the number of requests I can make?
After subscribing, you can add unlimited edit requests to your queue, which will be delivered one at a time.
How quickly will I get my edited videos?
Most requests are typically completed within two and a half days or less, though more complex requests may take longer.
Who are the editors and creators?
You might be surprised, but 60 Second Media is a one-person agency. This means you'll work directly with me, the founder. Occasionally, a project may require customization, and for those requests, partner creators will step in to assist.
HOw does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough video work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two video requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

What Software programs do you use?
The majority of videos undergo edits in Final Cut Pro. However, we also utilize several other plugins based on the specific requirements of the job.
how do i begin requesting a video?
At 60 Second Media, we provide ample flexibility in requesting designs through Asana. Clients commonly request videos directly via Asana, where they can upload images, videos, logos, and any other media they want included in their final video. Additionally, clients often share samples via Google Docs or links to videos they like, or they can even record a brief Loom video if they prefer not to write out their briefs. Essentially, anything that can be linked to or shared in Asana is fair game.
What if the video isn't to my liking?
No need to worry! We'll keep refining the edit until it meets your complete satisfaction.
Are there any types of editing work that you don't handle?
Certainly. 60 Second Media does not include the following types of design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (or GIFs), and video content that exceeds 60 seconds in duration.
What if I have only one video request?
That's okay. Once your request is completed, you can pause your subscription and resume it when you have more video needs. You don't have to let the remaining subscription time go unused.
Is there a refund policy if I'm dissatisfied with the service?
As a result of the high-quality nature of our work and the time-intensive process of completing each job, we do not offer refunds.
What does "Send us your photos and videos, or let us create them for you" mean?
It means we can use your photos and videos to create your project, or if you prefer, we can use stock footage instead. While having additional photos of your business, product, or service is ideal, we can make it work with what you have.
