HOW DOES YOUR SERVICE WORK?
60 Second Media creates social media videos approximately 60 seconds in length. Our focus is helping you tell your customers what’s new and great about your business on a regular basis. You film with your phone, upload the raw footage to us and we will edit the files, add music, add your logo, add your promotional message and voila! You receive the finished video in your email inbox within 6 days.
HOW DOES YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
After you pick your subscription package, you will receive the service of a produced and edited video either once, twice or four times per 30 days, based upon the package you choose. Your subscription starts the day you sign up.
I SIGNED UP, WHAT’S MY NEXT STEP?
You will receive your welcome email within 24 hours after signing up containing instructions on your next steps.
DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD ANY SOFTWARE ON MY PHONE OR COMPUTER TO START?
We will provide you with instructions on how to download our application on your phone that will make it easy for you to communicate with us. Those instructions will be in the welcome email you will receive 24 hours after signing up.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, simply log in to your PayPal account and cancel the subscription. Please note, all cancelations must be completed prior to the date of renewal to avoid being billed for the next cycle. Our renewal date is every 30 days from the date you signed up. You can call PayPal directly if you have questions about how to cancel and they can be reached at 1(888) 221-1161.
IS THERE EVER A TIME WHEN 60 SECOND MEDIA CAN'T COMPLETE A VIDEO THAT’S BEEN SUBMITTED FOR EDITING?
Yes, if the requirements are not met (see "self-filmed requirements" below) we will not be able to complete the video edit. In the event you have uploaded a video that, for whatever reason, we are unable to work on, you will be notified.
ARE THERE ANY NECESASARY REQUIREMENTS I HAVE TO FOLLOW WHEN FILMING AND UPLOADING?
Yes. You must read and follow our 10 “Self-Filmed Requirements”, seen below or on the “How It Works” page.
1. Is each video clip/shot under 10 seconds in length?
2. Did you keep your story short and simple for the viewer to understand?
3. Is your video well-lit for the viewer to see without having to strain?
4. Did you keep the camera steady so it’s easy for the viewer to watch?
5. Did you hold the camera horizontal?
6. Did you focus on one service/product that makes your business unique with detail?
7. If you are including a promotional offer with your film, is that offer compelling?
8. Did you include a picture of your promotional offer with your upload?

DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
We are your media partner, you film and we edit. We will do the best we can with the footage that we receive from you. We want you to be happy with the finished product. If there is an issue, you can contact us through the contact page.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO TURN IN A VIDEO TO BE EDITED?
Once we receive your raw video submissions, we will begin your edit and you will be notified within 6 days that your final video is complete.
DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO A CONTRACT ON A MONTHLY BASIS?
No. There are no long term contract commitments required to make use of our services. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
CAN I PAY VIA PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD?
Yes. You can pay with your Pay Pal account or with your credit card and you will be billed monthly and can cancel at any time.
CAN I USE THE SERVICES FOR MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS?
Yes, we can edit films for several businesses however, each business needs its own individual subscribed account. The reason is because we keep track of your projects based on the business name not the client name.
It has been 6 days, where can i find my finished film?
Your completed film can be found in the folder "Edited & Completed Films". You can log in through the app or a link to this folder "View Folder" can also be found in your original "Welcome to 60 Second Media Email".
how long should it take for me to film my list of shots?
It all depends how detailed you want to make your film. I would say most films you could shoot in as little as
5 to 15 minutes for a basic film

an hour for something a bit more advanced.

FAQ Technical questions
THE VIDEO KEEPS PAUSING OR STUTTERING. WHAT DO I DO?
This is typically caused by a slow or intermittent internet connection. The best solution is to press pause, let the computer buffer the video for a minute or two, and then press play again. It should play without further interruption.
DO I NEED HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS?
We do recommend a high-speed internet connection to ensure proper uploading and downloading. If you are uploading via your phone, a WIFI connection is highly recommend to make sure all the files are properly received.
WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT FOR USING 60 SECOND MEDIA?
Any modern computer or smartphone will work just fine. If you can play our home page video, your phone/computer should fulfill all technical requirements.
WHO DO I CONTACT WITH TECHNICAL PROBLEMS?
You can use our “contact us” link at the bottom of the page. Please include the specific details of the issue you are encountering, including your browser type and settings, the error you are experiencing, and the clicks you made and/or steps you took that led to the error. This will help us more quickly troubleshoot your problem.
WILL THE 60 SECOND MEDIA LOGO BE AT THE END OF MY FILM?
Yes, we build a very large percentage of our business off of referral and put our logo at the end of our work. This helps us keep our prices affordable rather than passing marketing costs on to our customers.
WILL I HEAR AUDIO ON THE FILM YOU ARE MAKING?
No. All audio will be deleted from your film because there are too many variables in sound to work with. However, we will add music to the finished video. If you are a professional, then you are welcome to add your own audio after you have received the completed film back from us.
HOW LONG WILL MY VIDEO BE?
Your video will be approximately 58 seconds long. This way you will be able to upload to most social media sites, including: Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter as well as any other platforms that allow you to post one minute of video.
WHat format will my file be delivered in?
Your finished 60 second media film will be delivered in two formats. A .MOV file which can be saved to your desktop and uploaded to Facebook and an MP4 file which you can upload to YouTube. Both files can be downloaded and used on Apple OS and Windows products. mp4 is the most common video format and is formatted for all social media sharing and internet video players.
